I've killed Kalthar, got the amulet, returned to Dagail and... Zilch! She says "Nothing has changed, blah blah blah" just like she did before I got the amulet and killed Kalthar. What am I doing wrong?

Im stuck there too, I was just going to ask that question. I have the amulet and I talk to her and she says "Nothing has changed, blah blah blah". It is so annoying.

There are a few reasons why that would happen. 1. You need to select the "seer stones" topic when speaking with dagail(you may need to scroll down) otherwise she'll keep saying "nothing has changed" 2. If you killed Kalthar WITHOUT speaking to him first the quest CANNOT be completed. 3. If you avoided kalthar altogether you cannot re-enter and therefore cannot complete the quest. (dosen't seem to be the case here though).
