You can see yoshi in the end of the game only...

Actually, when you turn of your game and turn it back on, the game thinks you never saw yoshi so you can see him over and over again!

That is true. This is because when you have 120 stars you cannot save because you don't get stars. If you do save the game is weird it still lets you see him but you have to again to get the new jump.

When he does jump away from you then you won't be able to see him again.
