This may sound like a dumb question but, what's an emulator? I've heard of it but I only know of playing SM64 on the actual Nintendo 64.

Comment:(Jul 20 2008) Thanks Fusion_Blastoise, but I have 1 more question, do emulators or ROMs cost any money?

Ok. An emulaor is a program that allows you to play video games on your computer. The most popular 'emulators' are 'Project 64' which allows you to play Nintendo 64 game son your computer and 'Visualboy' which allows you to play GBA game son your computer.

Now, the games themselves are called ROMS and can be downloaded and played using an emulator. There are many good N64 games you can get such as Mario kart, Super Mario 64, Super Smash Brothers, Banjo Kazoie and many more.
