Past the way down and the slide's exit, there should be a bridge leading to a floating snow island, followed by another bridge which stops in mid-air. Go and stand right on the edge of that bridge, and you should warp to the top. If it doesn't work, move around slowly a bit until it does. This also works in reverse.
