Hi :)

I got the thermovision goggles but on my way out I keep getting killed (mostly by the jetpack guys )

Any hints on getting out and staying alive?

Never stop moving, lock on to enemies with the L-button, always charge up your Power Beam by holding the A button (this also draws in ammo and health) and use Super Missiles on Metroids and Flying Pirates - hope that helps, good luck!
