To get the Artifact of Strength, go to the Monitor Station of Magmoor Caverns; near the door that leads to Phendrana Drifts, there's a ledge up to the left - double jump there, then up to the ledge on the right. Now, go to the center of the room and use the Boost Ball Device to raise a platform on the left; go double jump off of it to the ledge against the wall, follow that to the right - around to a door that enters the Warrior Shrine where your Artifact is!
