Could some one tell me where the Artifact of Newborn is?

You'll definitely need the Phazon Suit - so if you don't have it - don't worry about the Artifact just yet!

If you do have the Phazon Suit - the Artifact is in the Phazon Mining Tunnel of Phazon Mines...

Roll to the right and use a Bomb to destroy the rock - roll down that way and continue through the tunnel - Bombing each rock that is in your way - at the end of the tunnel - Bomb Jump up to get the Artifact!

Go through the phazon filled tunnel in Phazon mines (somewhere along the way to the Omage Pirate I came across here...) and bomb out the rock to the right. Keep following the path through until you reach the artifact. The tunnel is so badly infested with Phazon, though, your suit will be a cancerous mess of radioactive metal if you don't have the Phazon Suit.

Your going through this tunnel as a morph ball. IN PHAZON MINES.

And you see a rock at the right. Blow up the rock and continue down the path.
Now you have 1 of 2 options. Continue down the path. Or go get the phazon suit.
If you keep going down the path you will soon get to the artifact. But you will lose about 2/3 of your life. But if fast enough you WILL survive. I know because I did it without the phazon suit.
If you get the phazon suit it will take longer to get it. But you will not lose any life.
