How do you get all the beam combos I can't find them anywhere?

The Wavebuster is located at the very top of the tower of light shoot missiles at the pillars where their cracked to lower the rooms ceiling. The flameflower is located in the phazon mines. Its in a room that has red bars over a door and a gate on the upper floor that you have to destroy with a powerbomb to acsess a control panel which will get rid of the bars. The ice spreader is somewhere in the magmoor caverns there is a wall that you can see through with the x ray visor and use a power bomb to destroy the wall. As for the super missile it is a weapon nescessary to complete the game. I hope this helps.
