It's a phazon-suite you can fall or walk in the phazon now without damage

There is no fustion suit in this game. However, if you mean...

Fusion Suit- You can only get it with the game Metroid Fusion. (Fusion has to be completed) Then hook up your GBA to your GCN and you should get a Fusion Suit. It has no special powers and I personally think it makes Samus look worse.

Phazon Suit- If you meant Phazon Suit then you goet it by beating the Omega Pirate and it lets you walk in blue phazon without losing health.

If you weren't talking about either of these then I can't help you.

I think you mean the "fusion suit". The fusion suit is only for looks. It is supposed to be cool to see samus in the fusion suit in 3-D, and personally I do think it is kind of cool.
