How to get a Person on the Inside of Albion

In Watch Dogs: Legion you can recruit any character that you come across to join your DedSec team - this also includes enemy factions. Having someone on the inside of Albion has is advantageous as it allows you to enter Albion buildings through the front door in plain site without raising suspicions.

How to Recruit your First Albion Employee

It will not be until you are a couple of hours into the game that the first opportunity will arise to recruit an Albion employee. During the 'Lost in the Process' mission while following the objector marker you will eventually meet up with a contact at the EPC. The contact will have an Albion banner around their arm. Once you have found them you need to hold the hack button on your controller to look at their profile, and save them as a potential recruit.

After you have done this in the 'Lost in the Process' mission you need to exit the EPC and switch your objective to the recruit mission and follow the objective indicator so it leads you to the potential Albion recruit you are trying to enlist. Talk to them so they give you a recruitment mission and then complete it to have a person on the inside of Albion in your team.

How to Recruit any Albion Employee at Any Time

In order to recuit a Albion employee into your DedSec team during the campaign you need to look for people with 'Albion' in their 'Occupation' and 'Uniformed Acess - Albion Locations' in their abilities. You will be able to find people that match this in all the different boroughs but you will discover that the vast majority of them hate DedSec and will be unwilling to join the cause.

If the Albion employee dislikes DedSec it will be indicated by one or two red thumbs-down icons next to their name. If this is the case you will be unable to recruit them unless you have purchased the Deep Profiler tech upgrade which will scan the potential Albion recruit and give you a mini-mission for that person which once completed will enable you to add them to your DedSec team. This will also work on police, Clan Kelly members and random people who just don't like you.

What can Albion Employees Do?

The advantages you get on having an employee on the inside of Albion depends on the person you recruit. All employees of Albion have access to an Albion uniform and while wearing it you will be able to walk into the corresponding facility without setting off an alert. You can easily find out if you Albion staff member can access an area by hovering over and zooming into a red area on the map. If you have access you will see 'Restricted Area - Uniformed Access For: Albion'.

However, you will still need to be careful, if you get too close to a guard they will become suspicious and begin to follow you which is something you want to avoid. To get rid of a guard that is following you or you just need to get past them you will be able to do so by tapping the hack button on your controller to distract them with a phone call. This should give you enough time to slip past them or interface with terminals. Being in disguise will also enable you to easily sneak up on enemies and do a takedown, if you have the AR Shroud abiliy you will also be able to hide the body.
