You can get this bounty from the Saint Denis police station. The reward is $100 for him, dead or alive. He’s found in the abandoned fort in the Mossy Flats in the Roanoke Ridge area in New Hanover.

Head to the location and you don’t have any choice but to head to the front door and confront the target. He will refuse surrender and will have a lot of men at his disposal. While talking, make sure to hide behind the sandbags so you’ll have cover when the firefight erupts.

Once the fight starts, take cover and prioritize taking out the gunner operating the machine gun on the ledge. Hold your position and take out Wofford and his men.

After clearing the fort, loot the bodies and check the location for any items. Head to recover Wofford’s body on the ledge. As soon as you get up there, more reinforcements will arrive. Use the maxim gun to mow them down and clear the area. Pick up Wofford’s body and stow it to your horse, then make your way back to Saint Denis.

Due to the large bounty of Wofford’s head, you’ll encounter other bounty hunters along the way. Kill them in self-defense then loot their bodies. Once you reach the police station, you’ll be asked to dump the criminal’s body in the cart at the back of the station. Pick up your reward from the police desk. Mission complete.
