When a mission is available, you’ll see the yellow radar blip in your map or mini-map/radar. The initials of the person linked to that mission is marked within the marker. You need to talk to the person to start the mission. You may also find Strangers that will appear as a “?” in your map. They will often have questions and even tasks for you.
