Work your way all the way to the bottom of Relic Castle and some new sand has piled up at the bottom. Work your way through the many many room to the bottom and Volcarona is there. Water and Flying do double damage. Grass or Bug for small changes and another Legendary inside so Dusk Balls.

Hi I don't think he's a legendary because larvesta evolves into him
its not a legindairy
Its not legendary u get ine at the relic castle and a 2nd on route 18 if u hatch and evolve the larvesta that was in the egg
Don't you, like, GET A FREAKING EGG?!
If it's breedable, it's not a legendary. Yes, there's only one of him..but in diamond/pearl/platinum, there's only one Riolu. Doesn't make him a legendary.
HOW DO YOU GET HIM
i hatched a larvesta from an egg but it dont hatch for ages. U R basically runnin round for ages waiting 4 it to hatch
You can get largest and evolve so it's NOT legendary

I got it down to 1 HP and caught it with a normal Pokeball. ^^ I did the same thing with Thundurus; Oh, and it's not a legendary.
I caught it on the first try with a net ball. Thanks for the advice.
You could just get a lavesta from an egg from route 18and evole it
