LVL 15 [Psychic / Fire]
At the start-up screen of the game where you continue your save select “MYSTERY GIFT” and then ‘RECEIVE GIFT'. Then select “GET VIA NINTENDO WFC”. It will connect and you will receive the Liberty Pass. Then start your save normally and head to the Castelia City PokeCenter. As you walk in there will be a delivery man on the left. Talk to him and he will give you your Liberty Pass in game. Leave the PokeCenter and head to the far left dock and talk to the man in front of the Boat. He will take you to Liberty Island.
Work your way around the Lighthouse fighting the low level (16ish) Grunts until you get to the front door and enter the Lighthouse. Victini is at the bottom room. False Move is important here as Victini is only level 15. Then just keep throwing Ultra Balls until he is caught. You can ride the Boat back or Fly back.

PPS :if you enter without 6 pokemon, put it in the pc and take it out.
And I forgot! to receive it, go to the GTS and you will receive it...but enter with 6 pokemon or it will be f***ed up.But first enter this DNS:204452954 (no secondary) in system settings. but be warned! you cant use anything that has to do with internet until you get rid of the DNS. Hope this helped!!

Victini knows fusion bolt/flare? If he/she does then that is what I call ruining reshiram and zekroms specialness. Fusion bolt should be kept only to zekrom and fusion flare should be kept on rshiram which makes them special and really? Victini event? That is nothing but worth crap. An at least this generation did not have any cries from godzilla.

the dumb guy wont let me on the ship he just blabs about adventure when your on the water and about how small it is compared to a luxury liner

Thats dumb I can not get into the stupid boat... I am going to get it on mystery gift!
It was hard? I used false swipe with a high level Zangoose to bring him down to one HP used hypnosis on him then started spamming moves that do nothing so that a timer ball becomes more effective, then used that, it took a while but it was easy and I got him on my first try.
LOLZ YOU DON'T NEED DA STINKIN CARD ON THE MOVIE EVENT! XD Got mine by easily using just mystery gift a minute ago. ITZ AT LVL 50 IF YOU GET IT THAT WAY!!!!!
