Snowpoint Temple - Catching Regigigas

Head to the temple at the northmost portion of Snowpoint City after getting
the National Pokedex. Candice will then permit you to enter the temple.
Just navigate your way to the different floors, picking up a CALCIUM and
NEVERMELTICE along the way. Once you get to the room with a Pokemon statue
in it, navigate the icy floor to the center of the room. Examine the Pokemon
"statue" to battle Regigigas.
Note that in order to fight Regigigas, you need to have Regirock, Regice,
and Registeel in your party.

| Regigigas is a normal-type Pokemon, so take advantage of its |
| weakness against fighting-type moves. Most of its attacks are |
| of normal-type as well, and are pretty strong too. Superpower |
| is a fighting-type move though. This Pokemon's attacks are |
| powerful, but fortunately it also has the Slow Start ability |
| which tips the scales to your favor for the first 5 turns of |
| the battle |

| Make use of the 5 turns to lower your opponent's attack and |
| speed stats. Moves like Charm and Scary Face work well for |
| such purpose. Once the 5-turn duration ends Regigigas will get |
| a great boost in speed and power, so hopefully you've managed |
| to lower its stats enough beforehand. |

actually you cant catch them , regitrio need regigigas to unlock
and regigigas need regitrio to unlock so if you really want them you need to use gameshark code

okay, people listen up. you get the three regis from saphire, ruby, or emerald. to unlock the caves to get them surf left from pacfilog town. somewhere in the middle of the rapids. this may require a few tries., as it is hard to find. you then need to dive down in the dark patch of water. then tuo need to go to the end of the underwater passage to the single spot of runes, and use dive again. this time you will go up. you will need a wailord and a relicanth.[relicanth is catchable underwater outside sootpolis city][wailord evolves from wailmer]you will need them in the first and sixth spot in you party pokemon. you will also need a pokemon that knows dig. use dig in the middle of the runes in the back of the chamber. it will open a hole in the wall. go read the runes in the back of the chamber. you will hear a noise. you can now find the regis caves. regirock is in the farthest down end of the desert. i believe you have to use dig in the middle right of the chamber im not sure though. you will find registeel in a cave on top of a plato on route 120. you have to use fly right in the middle of the cave. regice is on a cave in the middle of 6 rocks behind a ruin manic dude somewhere along route 104 or 105. i beleive to get to it it involves somthing about walking around the chamber. experiment and mabye youll get it right. bring tons of ultra balls these are super hard to catch. once you have caught them put them in your pc and go to you pearl/diamond/platinum game main menu and hit migrate. choose the three regis along with 3 other pokemon.[you must have the national pokedex and have beaten the pokemon league to migrate]then go to and navigate the snow point temple and the patch of ice. when you touch the statue it will attack. make sure you save before you touch it. it is hard to catch. this is how you get regigigas. idid it. hope this helped you confused people

Where in the three caves can I find regirock, registeel, and regice
I caught all the regis, but I can't catch Dialga. (I got Palkia in pearl) I caught Heatran, but put it into white. Now what?
some guy told me that he found one in the ice cave reggice one in some very rocky cave and one with crystals in platinum then i went to go check and he was right problem there very hard to find trade me an aggron and i will tell you
to get the three regies is simple. step 1:buy pokemon fire red or leaf green.(i had fire red) step 2: get a game shark. step 3: use game shark to get only the regies to appear in tall grass.
That is how i did it. PS use game shark to get master balls and use them. so much faster.send a master ball with one of the pokemon and use it to catch regigigas.
How do I get the three Regis whithout having to get the Japan movie/ event thing and without migrating them I don't want to buy any gba game and I don't want to go to toys r us so how do I get them with out doin all that
I've also seen Jynx in Snowpoint Temple, level 50 to be exact
is it still possible if I put my sapphire in my slot, to get the regigigas?
