SPECIAL Stat: Charisma

This room determines your vault's maximum population. Take note that your vault can only hold a maximum of 200 dwellers at a time. Once this limit is reached, further upgrades or additional living quarters will not be available anymore.

This room is also where you can "breed" your dwellers by placing a male and female dweller. A fully merged living quarters can even have up to three couples getting it on, at a time.

*Upgrade Cost 2 = Two merged rooms
