Super Warrior Arc - Chapter 4

Walkthrough

Once Yamcha and Tien have joined your efforts, you will head towards reaching Cell. After arriving to where Cell is at, Goku and Krillin will discover that Cell has knocked out Android 18. The mysterious woman from the prologue cutscene is standing by Android 18, pleading with Cell to not hurt her anymore. After Krillin checks on Android 18 and trusts the mysterious woman to watch over her, you will battle Cell. (Right before the battle with Cell, he will specifically note how the mysterious woman is trying to make a spectacle of things.) Once Cell is defeated, the same whose Power is being restricted because of the strange waves, he will warn the Z-Fighters that they truly have no idea what is going on, saying they will regret trying to stop him. After he does this, he will flee by using Solar Flare.

Once Cell is gone in the wind, the mysterious woman will tell how she used to be apart of the Red Ribbon Army as a researcher to both Goku and Krillin. She will mention how she was able to create a device that could suppress the powers of others so another soul can inhabit that given person's body through a process known as linking. After discovering that the Red Ribbon Army was going to use this weaponry to achieve world domination, she decided to leave the Red Ribbon Army. However, in doing so, she will say how she is now one of their targets. While she was on the run, she ran in Android 18 and told her of the situation. After she did, the researcher then claims that Cell found the two of them and that Android 18 had sacrificed herself so Cell wouldn't hurt her.

Now knowing that the Red Ribbon Army is back and what their plans truly are, Goku and Krillin decide, with the advice of the researcher, that they must find and destroy the Red Ribbon Army's Base in hopes of stopping the strange waves from functioning. Goku and Krillin will then take Android 18 back to Bulma's Ship, as the researcher, or so she says, heads to find her family. Once this is done, you will then be tasked with finding, reaching and battling Cell once more on the map. As you try to reach this fight, you will have more battles with clones in the meantime. One of these clone battles will see you have to save Majin Buu, which will see you acquire him to your Team. A battle with Clone Kid Buu will also appear on the map. Once you reach Cell, you will actually notice it is battle against Clone Cell instead of the real on. After defeating Clone Cell and his team, Chapter 5 will begin.
