Enemy Warrior Arc - Chapter 4

Chapter 4 begins with this newest version of the Frieza Force crossing paths with Cell. Cell demands to know what is going on, wanting all the information that Frieza has been able to obtain thus far. Due to his lack of respect, Frieza decides to do battle with Cell. After you defeat Cell in a quick match, he realizes that Frieza has an actual human soul within him that is allowing him to draw out more Power. Even though Cell has an artificial soul within himself that he was able to easily gain control of, it's the reason why he isn't as yet as strong as Frieza. Because of this lack of power, Cell agrees to Team up with Frieza and his gang.

After Cell becomes available to you, it is shown that all of the villains are being watched by Android 21 back in the Red Ribbon Army's Base. Android 16 appears, and Android 21 reveals what is happening. While Android 16 spends some time being surprised by Frieza and Cell joining forces, Android 21 wonders exactly how the human soul was linked to Frieza. Not having the time to ponder further on this, Android 21 tells a version of Android 18, who appears from the shadows, to get ready for battle with both Cell and Frieza. You will then take on your next set of clone battles - including one with Clone Kid Buu - proceeding to Chapter 5 once you reach your next Boss Battle.
