Android 21 Arc - Chapter 2

Walkthrough:

Chapter 2 begins with you leaving to change Android 18's clothes. While you are away, Android 16 questions Android 21 on whether she is really going to make you fight. Android 21 will respond by saying that your human soul and Android 18 are the only hope they truly have. The two will then discuss how long your soul has been linked to Android 18. Compared to others they have tried it one, including Android 17 who broke the link immediately, they both agree it has been quite a long time. Remarkably, Android 21 will say, almost as though Android 18 was made for this very thing. Android 21 will then say that Android 18 will be the last person she links with a soul, but before she can finish, a sharp pain comes to Android 21. This causes her to share that they are running out of time, that they must hurry or else she won't be able to control herself.

Just then, you return after changing Android 18 in the clothes Android 21 had prepared for her. Almost immediately after you do, Android 17 appears. He will ask if Android 18 and the soul linked to her are able to switch minds so Android 18 can at least do the communicating. Android 16 responds by saying that usually only artificial souls link to people have been known to be able to do this, but there is still a shot. You will then give up control to Android 18 so she can come to the surface in order to communicate. Even though Android 18 is now in control of her body, she can still feel your soul inside of her. She will also ask what Android 17 is doing here, and he shares that Android 16 had brought him her to be linked to a human soul as well, but it didn't work. Besides that, Android 17 thought it would be fun to Team up with Android 18 again. After this, you will battle your first wave of Clone Battles. Once the Boss Battle against more clones has been defeated, Chapter 3 will begin.
