Deflect is one of the many defensive mechanics you can use with you fighters, allowing you to push back foes that are trying to Hit you with a physical attack OR allowing you to nullify a foe's Ki Attack. This defensive attack is done extremely fast, but it can be used to help take the pressure of opponents off of you. It must be done while your fighter isn't doing anything, however, so you can't be attacking or blocking in order to perform a Deflect.
