As like all Video Games - especially Fighting Genre ones - there are certain controls a player must learn in order to fully succeed while playing Dragon Ball FighterZ. These controls differ between what system you are playing the game on, but if you're hoping to dominate with your favorite Z Fighters, you must make an effort with mastering these controls.

Light Attack (ATK) - Square

Medium Attack (ATK) - Triangle

Heavy Attack (ATK) - Circle

Special Attack (SP) - X [Heavy Special (EX) Costs 1 Extra Bar]

Z Assist 1 - L1

Z Assist 2 - L2

Z Change 1 - L1 (Hold)

Z Change 2 - L2 (Hold)

Super Dash (SD) - R2 (Or Special Attack + Heavy Attack)

Dragon Rush (DR) - R1 (Or Together Light Attack + Medium Attack)

Sparkling Blast - R1 + R2 (Or Light Attack + Medium Attack + Heavy Attack + Special Attack)

Ki Charge - X + Square (Or Special Attack + Light Attack)
