Unfortunetly, I don't think so. Sorry, but I think NFS: Carbon came out to early for them to add brand new cars like '09s.

You can only unlock those cars in the Collectors edition, sorry.

You can only get those cars on collector's edition only. The cars like the camaro concept and the Koenigsegg CCX can only be used in quick race mode. You can get nfs carbon collector's edition on ebay pretty cheaply.
