Press the Left Analog/R3...then when your racing you will get slow and you can control your car on matix mode...lol
Speedbreaker is used to:
1. Increase the weight of your car, so that if you are coming to a roadblock you can easily smash a cop car to get though.
2. It slows down time and makes your car more manoeverable, meaning you have greater control over your car. This allows you to get around tight corners easier, and if coming to a roadblock, it allows you to get in a better position to get through.
Watch out though, because it increases weight, you slow down heaps.
I use Speedbreaker on sharp turns because everything slows down so you have more time to steer. But be careful, when it finishes you're at about half the speed you were before, but if you have the infinite nitrous cheat, it won't be a problem.
Speedbreaker is a slow motion thing when you press R3 it's like the maxtrix.I hope I helped you.

It will help you go around corners easier and use it if your about to miss a shortcut..
To slow down time to do some awesome manuvers, and to make your car heavier to practically send the police cars in roadblocks flying.
