How do you max out your performance?

In career I'm close to the end and keep on unlocking new tier packages but I don't know how to acess them and max out my car could you plz help me out?

You Get a tier 3 car [I suggest Lamborghini Mercielago] and put on it:
Race Engine,Race Transmission,Race Suspension,Race Nitro,Race Brakes,
Race Turbo, and the other race thingy.

The lamborghini has this stats.
I will be marking in stars.
The boxes are full on each one.
Try a Mitsubishi Lancer.
The Handling is past the box.

I would say the supra because you will need some handling against darius and the racers

I used a Corvette Z06 cuz of its amazing acceleration and great speed but you can easily work on the handling though

I got a mclaren to beat darius cuz u can flat out beat him with speed its full top speed acceleration a good handling

It's not easy to get maximum upgrades. You have to win races to get maximum parts. Or earn reward cards. Or get it in the challenge series. I mean it's much to do in nfs carbon but you'll get maximum parts in no time.
