How do you create new aliases?

My brothers want to play on my Need for Speed Carbon and I do not know how to create new aliases. Every time I try I end up deleting my career.

After you press start you will come to the main menue then you go to career it will ask you if you want to start a new career resume career load or save you go to start new career it will tell you you need to create a new alias go to yes it want delete yours it will just go to the new career.
