No, your parents can't come. If you haven't noticed yet, you can't even get letters from both of them! It's simple. If you're a girl, your mom sends you stuff. If you're a boy, it's your dad. They cannot visit, and you can't get them BOTH to send you letters. Sorry!

Hey I want my dad to come and see me and my mom too in animal crossing ds game and well I want them to live with me and well we can go fishing and go shopping together and do stuff together an dmaybe we can hang out and welld o stuff together like we always do and well go to schoola nd well go to work and well maybe meet new friends at schoola nd live with my parents if I can do that there is no way my parents are allowed at my house and city there is no way I can get letters from my mom isabella and well kevin can get letters from his dad kevin. My big brotherim his little sister I'm 18 yearsold I'm an adult he is 20 yearsold heis an adult.
