They're pretty much worthless, but you can either sell them to tom nook, give them to someone in a letter (hey they'll send you back something way better), or put it in the recycling bin.

You can't do anything with a tire or a boot except for putting it in the recycling bin, selling it to Tom Nook, attaching it with your letter or just leaving it were you found it (would'nt recommend it though).

You can leave them outside and after a while flies will come, you can catch these

No don't listen to anybody else just listen to this give the boots and tyres to Gracie and she will give you her car
