Balloons
When do Balloons come in your town? I can never find one!!!!!!
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Balloons don't come at a specific date. You just have to keep a look out on the top screen every once in a while

Not always but a balloon usually is there at any time ending in the number 4. Like 5:04 8:54. But remember NOT ALWAYS!

If you check out user submitted hints, the first post is about the balloons coming into town. But since I'm here... It comes in the mornings and early afternoons, the times will be different, 8:04 am, 11:54 am, 1:14pm. It goes until 3:54pm. That's the last recorded time of which they come. I've noticed you must get up early enough and they will come regularly, so if you get up around noon the chances of a balloon showing up are slim compared to getting up around 9am ish.

The balloons come at the 4s like 8;04 but end at 4:04 pm and start around 7-8:04 am

I have never encountered patterns in the appearances of Balloons. They will appear RANDOMLY throughout the day.
I also believe (but not certain) that Balloons do not appear during rain or snow.

They come at random times and almost always at these times: 8:04 AM, 9:04 AM, 10:04 AM,11:04 AM, 12:04 PM, 1:04 PM, 2:04 PM, 3:04 PM and 4:04 PM. Also they come rain or shine, sleet or hail. Hit 15 and your 16th will be a Golden Slingshot which shoots 3 rocks instead of 1.

They come in ACCF at any time ending in 5. But only at 8am or 3pm

every minute that ends in 4, like 1:04 1:14 .i think they start at ten and end at 4 but i am not certain

When I am on my ACWW. I know when there is a present in the sky because their is "whoossshhh" sound that goes by! Trust me it will work! And sometimes NOT always but if you randomly shoot the sky sometimes and wait five minutes there could be a present in the sky! :D

Hi ballons may come every day I only see them in the day time though. Eg 12:04, 12:14 etc whenever the time has a 4 ending in it that when it will come. Hope this helped.

I have been waiting an hour for a balloon in my town but I agree with the others. I read somewhere that they should come every time ending in 4. In my previous town they came frequently but I've been in my new town 3/4 days and have only witnessed 4 balloons.

At **:*4. E.g., 10:04 PM, 12:54 AM, 8:44 PM, etc. As long as the far right digit is 4, there will most likely be a balloon.
