How do I get Nookington's??

Well you have to spend a certain amount at the shop, I think...

If you don't have WiFi, you will need a friend with the same game card. You have to do Ds to Ds connection, and have your friend send themselves over to your town. They also need to spend some bells in Nookway's, and you yourself need to have bought/sold 240,000 bells in the shop. The next day a message will come up saying that your store is closed for remodelling. The day after that, you will have Nookington's. You will have Nook all dressed up in a smart suit, a whole new looking shop, with a hair salon, called Shampoodle, with a stylist called Harriet. You go upstairs, to meet Tommy and Timmy, where there is more stock for sale. I know all this, as I have just done it with my daughter's DS. Great fun.

I dont have a friend who has this game and i really wanna get Nookingtons but i dont wanna pay off morgage and save money and stuff so this doesnt reaaly help me aswell but thanks anyway :(

You have to spend 240,000 bells at Nookway, and then have a friend shop at the store. If you dont have Wifi, then just use DS to DS.

What I keep doing to spend money is order the highest priced item in my catalog in animal crossing if your a billionare like i am[spoiler][/spoiler] [strike][/strike] [color=red][/color] . I still haven't got it but i am so close and nearly there.

I don't have Wi-Fi, Wireless, etc, on my DS. And I don't have friends with Animal Crossing: Wild World.

all you do is spend 240,000 and then get a friend to go to ur town then get them 2 buy sum things from ur shop then skip 2 the next day it will say its closed 4 remodeling the skip 2 the next day n u should have nookintons if not then repeat

How do you get nookingtons without spending 240,000 at nook way and having a friend over

You can get Nookington's if you just spend (or sell) 240,000 worth of items.

To get Shampoodle with it, you'll need to go DS-to-DS with a friend and have them buy some items from your shop.

You have to spend (or sell) so much money at Nookway. But, if you want to cheat it, get Action Replay DS or DSi. You could get Nookingtons for no cost or Wi-fi at all! I don't have Action Replay, but It's on my Christmas list! Hope this helps!

Well.. Everybody says that you have to buy 240,000 bells in Nookway and have a friend visit your town but this is also another way:

Doesen't need a friend to come over and buy at least one cause I never got a friend come to my town and buy one stuff.I got nookingtons before my friend came over to my town.Nookingtons is super cool! I got a very cute hairstyle! It looks like some kind of Fancy Restaurant!

I think the easiest alternative would be selling things, empty those pockets and get selling, instead of losing money, you get money, I have a friend that could come and I'll be done in no time I'm on Nookway so NookingTons is just one away, can't wait!

To get Nookingtons I think you need to spend at least 240,000 bells and/or have a friend come over and buy something in Nookway. Then the next day it will say it's closed for remodling so wait the next day and voila! Theres Nookingtons!

You must buy stuff worth 2 40000 bells and invite a friend over and have them buy one item it may be different for different versions of ACWW also it doesnt matter what order you do those things as long as both are done

I know everyone wants to get Nookingtons, just watch out for seeders. Seeds can disturb gameplay or even corrupt the save.

To get nookingtons you have to spend 250,000 bells which will be done quick if you have cheats. You also have to connects with a friend via WI-FI or DS to DS and make them buy something from you, even for one bell. What I did is buy stuff from Able Sisters and sell it for a cheaper pric so like 10% off. Then you will have Nookingtons

I doubt highly that you need wifi to finish the game ok so maybe nintendo do that all the time with games but they don't usually do with such a big part of the game and nookingtons is a major part of the game it's probably just a quicker way well I hope so because I can't get nookingtons if not because I have bt and nintendo decided not to have bt as a wifi network for the ds

You can get "Shampoodle's" if you upgrade Nook's store to Nookington's. To do this you have to spend ridiculous amounts of bells at his store for it to upgrade. To my knowledge it's the best upgrade and I do like the addition of Harriet the barber and the twins upstairs.

Guys, in case you didn't read the load of posts that had the right answer, and still whinging that you don't know how to get Nookingtons, here's the answer:
To get Nookingtons, you need to spend (or sell items) to make a total of 240,000 Bells of money spent (or earned) at any/all of the Nook shops (Nook's Cranny, etc). And, while you have Nookway, a friend must go to your town and buy something from the shop. Now, you can invite a friend over via WiFi, or DS to DS connection. Nookingtons, if you didn't know, has a hair salon in it called Shampoodle. You probably DID know, but... Whatever. I hope this helped!

Well, all you need to know is that when you go to Nookway, you need to buy or sell 240,000 bells.

I have nookingtons, I had it for a while actually, I think you get if you pay your mortgage, because that's what happened to me. I just paid it off twice, and then the shop got bigger. Eventually Tom Nook will tell you that the shop will be under construction, and you wont' be able to go in for a day. I hope I helped

Hey @ the 2019 people I see in this thread. You can't use Nintendo services anymore, in case y'all didn't know. The servers are down. Sharing your friend code will only work if you use wiimmfi. Google it. What most leftover WW players do.
