no way
actually you can it might take a long time though, First you become their best friend THEN you send them love letters with red roses as presents, then after a while he/she asks if you have a crush on them say NO then say yh on the 2nd bubble pop up thing! after a while longer he admits that he loves you too! then you get married and have kids and stuff thats all lovey dovey. HAVE A GOOD LIFE AS A MARRIED COUPLE!
You can not marry a neighbour. You can play at getting married over WiFi with a friend. You can fall in love with a neighbour.
To find out how to fall in love with a neighbour, read this post I made a while ago:

You cannot marry,not in a thousand miles[img][/img]
I think you can... Either that answer with the love letter and red roses thing...(if thats true...)or buy 1000 cups of cofee to marry brewster (the coffee guy at The Museum) or mable or sable (I can't remember which) by making 100 patterns. They ask you by the way.
I'm sorry, but for those who have claimed that it's not true, or who have claimed that it is true... Have you yourself done it? Has it happened to you? Because feeding rumours through such forums are just going to higher people's hopes.
We need some myth busters on this Animal Crossing WW action.
Yes it is true you can marry the. Sable and my male resident did,
And my female married brewster. Those who say it's lies have not
Tried.
This is just confusing. Can someone offer some solid proof? Because to be honest, this is way too chaotic to understand!
