Simple...Go to the Town Hall and use the machine on the side by pressing the A button. Pay the amount of bells off of your mortgage. When you're done, go to Tom Nook. Then you may ask him for a larger house, which means another mortgage.

go to the town hall and go to the second window. choose the option that says pay mortgage and enter the amount of money that you want to pay to tom nook. after that, pelly will tell you the amount of money you still have to pay. when you pay all of the money, tom nook will send you a letter, and your house will be bigger the next day.

Go to town hall and go to the red mat. and choose pay mortgage and you have to pay off 18 thousand bells or so. once you pay it go to tom nook and he will ask do you want a bigger house. WARNING! a bigger house means another mortgage of 120,000.

Well go to the town hall and pay you're rent and whan you have paid it go to nooks cranny ( tom nook ) and the first time you go in he will ask the normal like what do you want and stuff like that and then the second time you go in he will say
" oh yes I just remembered you paid all of you're morgage ________ ( put you're name there)
"so would you like a bigger house"

Click yes
Then he will ask what couler you want the roof
And then the next day you will have a bigggggg house
