Have friend codes but how do i see my friends?

I have a lot of ppl registered as my friends but I don't know what to do, like how do I see them or what?

When you have friends registered, you need to go to your town gate (the opening on the northern wall of your town) and talk to the dog on your right, Copper. Tell him to open your gate and he will ask if you want to use Nintendo Wi-fi or another choice which I forget what it exactly says. The choice that's not Wi-fi is for when you have someone right next to you in real life who you want to play with. Wi-fi is for someone far away in real life but you need it at your house in real life if you want people to come to your town. If you want to go to someone else's town, have that person open their gate (by doing what I just said) and then once they open their gate, tell Copper you want to go out. Again, he will ask you about using either Wi-fi or the other choice. Choose either option depending on if your friend is near you or not and if you see your friends town listed on the touch screen click it and you'll go to their town! MAKE SURE THAT EVEN IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE REGISTERED, THAT PERSON HAS YOU REGISTERED ALSO OR THEY CAN'T GO TO YOUR TOWN AND YOU CAN'T GO TO THEIRS!!
