I beat the last stage and some cheat website told me that if I beat it I can get super sonic and super shadow

ANSWERS

Well, the cheat website lied - you can't use Super Sonic and Hyper Shadow whenever you want; the only time you can play as them is during that last battle against the Final Hazard!!!
