How do you get a jewel chao. I have all 180 emblems. Please answer asap

Well first of all you have to have a Gameboy Advance, and a cable link. You also need to have the Sonic Advance game. You link the two together and put a chao in the GBA. You have to get rings by playing the games(with the chao) and when you have enough rings you go to the store and buy whatever you want.
