Hello when does my chao get to reincarnate or whatever that is but I spent a long time and it still hasnt died and came back too life!

Ok if you really want to do this, with out having to sit there and be like when are you going to reincarnate, go to the dark garden, to the right of the tree you should see a gate agaisnt the wall, pick up the chao and go all the way up against it, then drop it, it should go under ground, w/ only it's head above ground, now get a bundle of fruits and put it around it quick, cause as soon as it starts to walk, it will come out, but it shouldnt if fruits around it, plus the fruit should keep it satisfied, and now you can just leave it there and sooner or later it will reincarnate

Dude thats sad that you're lookin foward to you're chaos death but you no you got to feed them all the animals once or somethin.then let them die and thell die sooner the longer you stay in the garden.
