How and where do you get the silver poke coupon, because I noticed that someone submitted a list of all the story mode Pokemon, and the second to last one was a level 10 pikachu, a gift you get with the silver poke coupon. Thak you in advance.

Well I have all the 49 Pokemon (including ho-oh)and I haven't heard of a pikachu obtainable in colosseum. Oh and there isn't such a thing like a silver pokecoupon. Maybe it's the pokecoupon ranking(bronze, silver and gold), which you increase by earning a certain number of pokecoupons. Hope I helped
