Once you beat Venus, chase her until you have a choice of to pathways, choose the right one and then will be four trainers with Shadow Pokemon, Gligar, Piloswine, Sneasel, Stantler. Once you beat them all go to the Under Subway and you will find Venus and two Cipher Peons, you will talk, then go in the Subway and come out at the left, you will talk again, follow Venus out, and find that she left the Subway Key. Go in the Subway, and go to the left and operate the Subway, you will talk to Cipher Peons and then they will go inside and once you approach, the part of the building will blow up and it will scare you. (If you go right ing those crates, you will find the U-Disk in a box.) Go inside and find that those idiots blew the entry to the Shadow Pokemon Lab, but they left the Maingate Key on the floor. Now go back to the surface and open the Lab's Maingate at the Mystery Lab.
