You have to go to the relic stone(the cave near the Pokemon center) on agate village with your pokemon's heart gauge completely white. To get to agate village you must save plusle from miror b.
In Agat Village there is the Relic Stone where you purify your Pokemon when gauge bar is completely white.
To purify the heart of your Pokemon you have to go to the Relic Stone in Agat Village with your gauge bar empty.
