How do I get all the ufo disks?

F (Forward) Disk - Defeat Dakim on Area 10 of Mt. Battle, and it will be on the ground next to him.
R (Right) Disk - Free Silva from his cage in the Under, then talk to him through the fence. He will give oyu the R Disk.
U (Up) Disk - When you are chasing Ldy Venus in the Subway, there will come a time when you are prevented from going further because two guards let off a bomb, leaving a huge crack in the ground. After this has happened, leave the destroyed room, and head right along the wall. The U Disk will be in a box at the end.
D (Down) Disk - After you have snagged Quilava and Bayleef (Shadow Pokemon Lab and Team Snagem hideout), after you have defeated Evice, return to the Team Snagem Hideout. There will be an office there, where you must battle Gonzap again. After you defeat him, pick up the D disk from the nearby table.
L (Left) Disk - When you use the D disk, you will be lowered into an underground corridor. There, you can find the Steel False Teeth. Give these to the old man to the left of The Under Colosseum, and he will give you the L Disk.
