I think it's the last building before the bridge on the right in the trashy town.

You go in pyrite town and i think after you beat the pyrite collusseum Minor.B will walk into this big room there you have to battle two ppl and minor.

B will escape to get to the cave you keep on going up the stairs and battle trainers,

I think there's about 10 of the then keep on going up go inside this little room and battle tow girls and rescue silvia.

Then go by the cave where the guy is guarding it battle him after you defeat him go inside the cave!

You're on your own now!
