No not really Dragonair is use less because it does not know any good moves..
You would be killed by lorelei because of
Rhydon
Pidgeot
Venusaur
Dragonair
Nidoking would be easily fainted cause they are weak against them...
I suggest you get a fighting type over nidoking since he is pratically use less at this point and you already have rydon like a hitmonlee or a hitmonchan whatever you got... After I beat the elite four I instantly got a heracross very good Pokemon
ALSO get a starmie EXELLENT stats...

You shouldn't have only one- type attacks in pokemon. For example, a strong Dragonair has Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Outrage and HyperBeam/Surf.
Your Rydon seems to have only rock/ground moves besides Strength. It might not matter, but having a Pokemon with various types of attacks may be easier for you to battle others.

All your pokemons are useless against Lorelei of the elite four because all your Pokemon are weak against ice except for gyarados being dealt damaged normally and by the way her strongest is her Lapras,her first Pokemon really powerful because it raped by Zapdos with one 1 or 2 icebeams and all your Pokemon are on the level forty's,raise them better
