How do you get the casinos basement elevator key I can't find it any where

In order to get the elevator key, you need to explore the entire casino basement. Try looking on the third floor. You will get the key from a man who mentions it to you, and after you defeat him, he will say, "Oh no, I dropped the elevator key!" Then the pokeball containing the key will appear behind him.

Is on the 4th floor. To get there from the 3rdfloor, on the far west side (where the arrows are), take the arrow to the left, then right, then the 4th one on the diagonal line of arrows below you. Then take the stairs on the right, you'll be on the 4th floor; go north and fight the grunt. He has the key. Hope it helped!

Fight all the grunts to level up if you want but all you have to do if find the one on the third floor that will say he has the key he will fight you with the normal stuff they have and he will say oh no I dropped the key
