There is plenty to do. Almost enough for a second complete game after those badges.
Beat the elite four at the indigo plateau - they get stronger after you beat them once so why not see if you can beat the more powerful elite four after? How many times can you beat them with different Pokemon? Is your team powerful enough to survive the challange? Find out!
Explore the sevii islands. You got 7 islands with new parts of a story, more Pokemon and some puzzles. Explore them for a while. Complete the missions there.
Complete the pokedex! You have 151 origonal Pokemon pokemon to collect - can you catch them all? You will need to trade, train, buy and evolve your Pokemon to complete the challange.
Complete the national pokedex! You have over 350 Pokemon to collect in total on this game. Can you complete the game?
Personal goals - Set some personal goals. Like completing the TM/HM case.
