Where do you catch enkas,arbok,oddish,gloom,psyduck,golduck,growlithe,arcanine,shellder,cloyster,
chansey,horsea,pinser and porygon?

All of them you can only get in Pokemon Fire Red. Except Pinser who you get in the safari zone, Chansey, also in the safari zone, Horsea which you can find by fishing in Vermillion City and Porygon who can be won at the Game Corner Prize shop.

Shellder and Horsea can be caught by fishing, Chansey is in all areas of the Safari Zone but is among the rarest, Pinsir is in the Safari Zone, Porygon comes from the Game Corner, and the others must be transferred from Fire Red.

Ekans= you get only it in fire red, in the grass west of cerulean city
Arbok= evolve ekans
Oddish= you can also only get it in fire red, in the grass to the north, south and east of cerulean city
Gloom= evolve oddish, you can also get it in fire red in the grass east of fuchsia city
Psyduck= again, only in fire red, but I'm not sure where...
Golduck= evolve psyduck
Growlithe= only in fire red, inside the Pokemon mansion in cinnibar island
Arcanine= evolve growlithe
Shellder= and again, only in fire red...i think you need to fish inside seafoam islands
Cloyster= evolve shellder
Chansey= inside cerulean cave
Horsea= I think it's inside seafoam islands
Pinsir= safari zone and game corner
Porygon= game corner

Growlite- Fire Red
Sheldder- Fire Red
Chansey- Safari Zone
Horsea- In Cerulean City, Route 4, Route 10, Route 12, Route 13, Route 19, Route 20, Route 21, Route 24 and Vermilion City.
Pinsir- Safari Zone
Porygon- In Game Courner

So wait they intended for you to have to trade them since they do show up in the Pokédex for leaf green yet they aren’t obtainable in the game itself? I just can’t believe thatTrollRage answered:
Porygon=win it in the game corner
Pinsir=win it in the Game corner
Chansey=safari zone
Horsea=Fishing around vermillion
And the others are in fire red
(you can just check your pokedex,even though it says unknown then don't ask)

U catch chansey,pinser in sz and porygon at game corner,horses by fishing.others are in only fire red.you get all Pokemon in Pokemon fire red omega.try and enjoy!!!!!!!!!
