How do you get Professor Oak's last Pokemon? I have done it before where I got him to leave his house, but I forgot how.

You cannot get his last pokemon. Never, in any Pokemon game (RBY, GSC, RSE, FRLG, DPPt, HGSS, BW) have you been able to get the third starter Pokemon from the Professor's lab.

Are you playing on an emulator ? I am trying to find a code or code breaker so I can get his last Pokemon but can't find it, :(

Wanna know how(of course you do)
I picked Charmander and put in the cheat codes 0199D8CF for Bulbasaur and 01B1D8CF for squirtle. I caught Bulbasaur and Squirtle using the free Master balls at pokemart cheat code which may be essential. Is it all three starters from the Lab? No.
Is it all the starters? Yes.

You could get al 3 starters by playing with someone else, they restart the game for you, get a Pokemon you didn't, go to the nearest Pokemon centre, trade for a Pokemon you caught (Like a low level Pidgey or something) and repeat. You can do the same for them too. You could get like 3 Charmanders or others or as many as you like. Imagine having 5 Charizards in your team.
