 Charizard-lv 63
 Articuno-lv 50
 Moltres- lv 51
 Zapdos- lv 52
 Seadra-lv 45
 Raticate- lv 45
 Please advise...

It can't. Level them more and replace Raticate, probably with a Dragon type.

Yes actualy it can I did use that kind of team before the only problem is you have to learn your type match ups perfectly zapdos can handle most of the 1st person moltres can stick it to jynx second person zapdos and articuno 3rd charzard moltres and zapdos
Lance zapdos and articuno
Rival actualy with that team will be crushed!!!!

Any team can be used with the right moves. For ice type (1st elite 4 trainer) fire type is not really affected by ice moves and moves like flamthrower can be 1 hit KOs on cloyster

Wow I don't belive that every ppl use legendary Pokemon to kill the elite. To me the elite was very very easy. All my Pokemon was lv 70 when I took the battle. And I have quite a nice set of pokemon. :D I don't like to use legendary Pokemon to show off or kill.
