I just got to the Seafoam Islands on Pokemon Leafgreen. How do I navegate through the first island and where an when do I capture Articuno?

To move the boulders, use strength. This is how to get through.

When you enter go to the right and then go up. You should see a hole (not the one with the ladder). Push a boulder into the hole (follow it to exit if you wish). From the top of the first hole you should be able to see another hole. Make your way to the second hole (still no ladder) and push a boulder down the hole and follow it. You will see another hole, push the same boulder down that hole and once again, follow it. There is another hole, repeat the previous step. Surf to the stairs north of you and go up the ladder. Make your way to the several rocks at the bottom of the screen. Move the rock above the first hole to the left. There is a 2nd hole with a rock near it, push the rock down the hole. Move the rock farthest to the right all the way up. Now move the rock closest to that one down once and left twice and into the hole. Drop down the hole and surf north to find Articuno
