I do not know how to beat the elite 4

Just level up your Pokemon to at least level 50 or 60. Buy a lot of healing items and revives and save before you start the challenge. You shouldn't have any problem winning against them as long as you have enough items.

I gave give you some point tips on how to defeat them.

First Battle: Lorelei
It's best to use Pokemon who have level 55-60 also to make sure that you use electric attacks cause her party is basically water and ice types.

Second Battle: Bruno
Try to use Pokemon level 55-60 once again and make sure hat you have some flying and water moves learned in your party since his party consist of fighting and rock type Pokemon

Third Battle: Agatha
Once again try to make sure that your Pokemon are between levels 55 - 60 and she specializes in Ghost type Pokemon with some poison. To beat her it's best to use Pokemon that know Psychic and electric attacks.

Last Battle: Lance
This is a battle where you may want 1 Pokemon above leve 60 cause his dragonite is at level 60, make sure that you use Ice, dragon, and maybe a electric move to take down his dragon Pokemon.

After you are done with the elite four you will then battle your rival for him it's just best to use a series of moves that are effect against whatever Pokemon he throws out at you.

It is a lot easily then you may think all you have to do is have Pokemon that are effective against each elite 4 member for the first one I would use a good fighting Pokemon for nexted a good and fast bird Pokemon next I suggest ground and physic Pokemon for lance just start with grass which is why you should use Pokemon with two types instead of one
And your rival is easy if you have Pokemon moves to counter his
