How to find certain pokemon

I'm unsure of how to catch some of the pokemon on LeafGreen & FireRed. The ones I need to know are Magmar, Electabuzz, the Legendary dogs, & Lugia * Ho-Oh and Celebi if possible.

sadly you cant get Celebi and Lugia in the US. Ho-Oh you have to trade from Colosseum. Legendary Dogs are wild in Kanto (after defeating the Elite Four) depending on your starter pokemon (Squirtle: Raikou. Bulbasaur: Entei. Charmander: Suicune) or can be traded from Colesseum. Electabuzz can be caught in the Power Plant in Fire Red. Magmar can be caught on One Island in Leaf Green.
