48 Hour Energy Drops one or two batteries and completely recharges your current spacebar item.

Amnesia Causes your mini map to take on the effect of Curse of The Lost, which replaces your mini map with a question mark.

Bad Gas Releases a cloud around your character that poisons surrounding enemies.

Bad Trip Causes one heart of damage to your character. It is important to note, that if you only have one heart it will be a full heal instead.

Balls of Steel Gives your character two soul hearts.

Bombs are Key Takes your bomb and key count and switches them. So whatever amount of keys you have switches with your bombs and vice versa for your bombs.

Explosive Diarrhea Spawns a total of five bombs behind your character that drop at a set interval.

Full Health Fully restores all red heart containers.

Health Down Causes you to lose one red heart container. It is important to note, that if you only have one heart it will give you a red heart container.

Health Up Gives your character one empty red heart container.

Hematemesis Will empty all red health containers, but one and give one to four red hearts.

I Can See Forever Reveals the passage for both secret rooms on the floor of use.

I Found Pills (And Ate Them) Changes character appearance.

Lemon Party Creates a large yellow pool on the floor that will damage enemies that are on it.

Luck Down Decreases character luck stat.

Luck Up Increases character luck stat.

Paralysis Freezes your character in place for a short duration of time.

Pheromones Causes enemies to have the charm effect for a short duration of time.

Puberty Changes character appearance.

Pretty Fly Spawns one fly orbital for your character.

Range Down Decreases character range stat.

Range Up Increases character range stat.

R U a Wizard? Causes your character to shift their eyes to the side of their head and shoot tears at a 45 degree angle. Lasts for a short duration of time.

Speed Down Decreases character speed stat.

Speed Up Increases character speed stat.

Tears Down Decreases character tear fire rate stat.

Tears Up Increases character tear fire rate stat.

Telepills Teleports your character to a random room on the current floor. Has a small chance to teleport character to the ERROR room.
